I know those are fabricated valve covers, but what brand?

Acutally those were made by an individual that I found on Ebay.
He sells them without the breather tubes and oil filler, but he can install the extras for a little more money. Do a search on ebay for SBF fabricated valve covers and you should be able to find them. Remember they are extra wide so make sure that you have plenty of clearence...

can you do a rundown on the specs of the car?? I like the IRS

I'm working on a write-up with all of my specs and parts, and I should be posting it within the next month or so as I finish the project up. I'll also try to put together a photo gallery from start to finish...

Very Nice, if that is your first Biggs carb then don't worry, it will work flawlessly, I had mine built by him and it works perfectly, he does amazing work.

I have a question about the vavle covers though. The 302 I am putting together will have AFR as well, which should arrive in a few weeks, but I'm looking to go with fabbed covers cause my oil pan is Fabbed aluminum as well and I wanted something that would match

Do these covers have billet rails? I've heard others have problems with leaks because some of these covers aren't made with thick flanges and they will warp or don't sit flush. Also, what kind of breather can you run with the tubes? I currently have regular covers and at high RPM's I still get oil that finds it's way out, I think placing the breather up high like that would solve this problem.

The Covers do not have billet rails, but they seemed to mount up very tight with no warping. If you shop around there are lots of fabed covers out there with billet rails to be had.

The longer breather tubes will take a 1.5" clamp on breather which you can pick up at most any local speed shop. Hopefully I want have any oil blow by, but depending on your setup there is always that possibility especially at high RPM's. If it becomes a problem a puke tank should solve it.
