I originally agreed with this, but after last night, I'm even recinding that. My new tune I ran a full 2 tenths faster, but launched at 1.9 60' no matter what setting I had my shocks on. After multiple settings and runs, I can say with all certainty, that my UPR's showed no improvement what-so-ever over my stock setup.
In 9 years, this is the first mod I've truly been disappointed in and regret my decision. Don't waste your time looking for a deal. Learn from my misfortune and save up for the good stuff.
