I kept hearing a whistling sound coming from the intake manifold. so I took it off and discovered that one of the valves had no hose on it. I thought maybe it was supposed to be capped since I couldnt find any hose in the engine bay that may have gone to it.
UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD?

use the vacuum diagram to trace your vacuum lines to make sure you have all the lines you need going to the right spots.
