Im getting ready to do a full suspension makeover and Im trying to figure out what brand of Upper & Lower Control arms to buy. Ive been looking at the Aluminum Adjustable Control Arms from Steeda. Does anyone have them? or like them? Any information would be helpful about any control arms.

they are all about the same my self i like d&d because all there stuff is very nice and race proven. but M&M has nice kits now but they are mucho$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ cant go wrong with either i wouldnt get adjustables i think they are only for drag or autocross can remeber whic one?maybe some one can correct me?

You don't need to get the top of the line arms to get good results. The fact is that controll arms are pretty simple, and most all of them will do the job. Getting the really expensive controll arms wouldn't be really worth it unless your suspension is so finely tuned it calls for it. Maby if your in serious competition where every little thing helps. Adjustable are nice, but I would rather have coil overs.

Also, what kind of arms you want to get is also there. There are the regular type, and then the lift/traction type.

I see discussions on upper and lower control arms for the rear suspension around here, but I'm not sure I understand the difference. When I gun my car, it seems as though I'm peeling out, (tire scrubbing ... not screaming, rear end moves quite a bit :D) but I don't feel as though I have a solid grip on the ground. On the same note, I maintain traction most of the time, I have to work to get the rear loose. Whats up? Crappy tires? I thought about swapping out my suspension, but it seems as though I'd simply be moving to something that looks the same as what I have in there now. (but I bet I'm wrong) Anyone care to explain this to me? I've seen the Steeda 5 link kits, but I'm not game to drop a grand.
