I'm removing my upper manifold to paint it and i was wondering.. there should be 4 im guessing bolts that hold it in before you take off the logo cover. i only can find 3. where is the 4th. if you in front of the car. i found one in front of the manifold on the right and left. then one in the back left corner and when i look in the back right corner i can't find one.?

Well i put it back together and i think all the hoses and wires and everything are together but for some reason it is idling like *****. i tried adjusting it with the idle screw but still idle is terrible and also to add to it the strong gas smell.

intake leak or vacuum leak check all vacuum hoses to ensure there hooked up and hooked up properly and sometimes the hoses will break. and intake is installed and torqued in stages first torque to 8 ft.lbs. then torque all bolts to 16 ft.lbs. and the final torque is set at 23-25 ft.lbs. ensure after done bolts are torqued properly.... did you reuse old gasket and what kinda shape was it in if you did.

Do you know all teh vacuum lines around the upper intake and throttle body because i think they are but im not sure. i know when i took off the manifold there were 3 hoses on one side and one on the other. are those all vacuum lines?

THe gasket was i ngood shape. it is from my engine rebuild 2 weeks ago.

That image is really confusing thanks for it but i dont understand it at all. i don't know which ones are just for the intake manifold and where they are on my car. is the fuel pressure regulator before the 10 pin connectors behind the manifold or no?

get a can of carb cleaner and start the car, spray around the gasket between the upper and lower, if the idle goes up you have a vacuumm leak, im thinking its a hose or something, your gonna have to help yourself and go check if you hooked everything up, look for a split hose or something.
