Had one for my T-45 for three years and it worked flawlessly, I now have one on my TKO and couldn't be happier.

I've got one and it works great. It was notchy at first, but it seems to have loosened up a bit. Makes a bit of noise, but that just means it does what it's supposed to. My stop bolts/nuts came loose, so I had to tighten them down, but that's the only issue I had with it.
