Calling them is best. Go to their website, they may have the instructions posted so you can print them out. I know Maximum mototrsports has all the instrutions for their product installations on the site. I am thinking you are talking about the ones that look like small pieces of pipe. They go on top of the strut, and under the CC plate. If its like the MM kit, you have to guess at how many you need and install everything, then check clearance. Too many reduce bump travel. Too few and there are clearance probs with the bolt heads on the lower portion of the CC plate.

this makes some sense , but my friend said he figured all 3 where on the other car so he put all 3 on his car and cant get enough threads on the strut ??? he tried with 2 and nothing and with the smallest one and still not enough threads on the struts can be reached with the top nut ?????? whats he doing wrong here ???

Sounds to me like those struts dont work with those CC plates. take the spherical metal bearing or whatever it has off the CC plate and try it on the strut directly with no spacers.
