UPR Products - Flashy website and magazine ads.....

Piss Poor follow up and really sloooow on the phone. :notnice:

Would not recommend them. :notnice:

Order placed on the web......no e-mail confirmation. :notnice:

Had to call a week later....they hung up the first time. :notnice:

Called back....on hold for a while. :notnice:

Paid for 3 day shipping....it will be 7 business days to get here. :bs:

I recently placed a couple orders with them and no problems. One of the AC knobs didn't have this little black clip that holds it to the post...called them the next day and they sent an entire bag of clips. Sorry you had a bad experience :shrug:
 
the only problem I have with UPR is they dont seem to want to do buisiness on the net (as far as exchange or return) I dont have long distance and they dont have an 800 number... Other than that great products mostly cheaper than the other companies.
 
I've ordered from them a couple of times and always had a good experience. The only thing I have noticed is that if you have a question about a part, it's best to call them because they're not great on email feedback. Other than that, no problems.
