What is the general feel of the UPR K-Members? I don't like most of thier performance products, but my mechanic likes the UPR K's. Any advice whether to choose another K-Member? Are the UPR's junk?
I hope it isn't crap although that is what I am hearing on here from a few people. I posed a similiar question a couple days ago. Most said Max. Motor. was better and I am sure Griggs is the best. Not sure who elses to look at.....D&D maybe...I am going to go with UPR since it has been on my living room floor for like 3 months now along with the A-arms. I got the coilover kit with it and Tokico Illumina struts/shocks....they have been on several months and have done very good so far. I plan on beefing up the Kmember some by welding on some cross braces in a few places.
The people at UPR told me that their Kmember would be great for auto crossing/drag racing/and cruising. If I have any trouble out of it...there will be trouble. HArd to beat their price but they say you get what you pay for...I am hoping I got a great deal on a great product....Well see
