K i found out that if i run that 89.5 belt too long with no smog pulley i will get squealing.
I really don't feel like buying a smog pump so when i get my car smoged im gonna but the old belt back on and get it smogged. Then put a smog eliminator on. And not worry about it.

Well for the time being im going to just re-route the belt so it doesnt spin the smog pump and i'm going to order a smog eliminator tonight so ill put that on next weekend probably. But for today, i already bought a 89.5" 6 rib belt and there is noooo way i can get that to fit on. I tried pry bar and everything. Would a 90.0" inch be okay for this? I don't wanna try to spend 2 hours getting a stupid belt on. lol

thanks guy
