So the car is finally getting painted and I still can't seem to make up my mind on paint. I know that I want it painted Dark Metallic Blue, but the amount of metallic and darkness is what I'm unsure about. I was considering a dark blue by Scion along with Carbon Black (BMW), Lexus Blue, ZO6 Anniversary Edition Blue, and House of Kolor Blue Sapphire on Black basecoat. Currently, it appears due to money issues that I will have to stick with a fairly standard paint job and no House of Kolors. Based on this are there any Dark Blue Metallic paints you guys may recommend, also any pictures? The darker the better, I'd like for it to appear almost black most of the time and under sunlight show some rich metallic blue. I've noticed on some metallic blue paints that if the light isn't right the paint appears dull even when perfectly clean. Anyone know if this is caused by the amount of metallic and how it can be reduced? Thanks for all the help
