Hey Gang...

I bought a parts car the other day... a '90 5.0, 5spd, LX vert. The body is bent beyond repair. My coupe is in need of a new bearing retainer (steel replacement)on the trans. The vert has a recent (less than 3000 mile, put it in for the guy) King Cobra clutch assy. and a new flywheel. The question that comes to mind is, should I put the KC clutch and flywheel in the coupe while I have the trans. out? Opinions, please..... Thanx in advance Bob

Well like you said, you put it in, 3k miles ago, I would go ahead and swap them over, shouldnt be any problems at all, plus your going to get the better holding cltuch as well. Go for it

Thanx for the reply Blown.... Yeah, that's what I was thinkin' also. Even more so since I'd be using the flywheel the clutch assembly was previously "used" to. I just had a few heebee jeebees about the used clutch factor, that's all. Thanx again..... Later Bob

are you going to part out the car?i need a fittng that goes on the rear brake hose that connects the hardline to the hose.

Sorry Rattrapp2.... I got this parts car to update my vert. I'm going to transplant the fuel injection and 8.8 rear, so I'll be using that stuff.... brake line mounting stuff and fuel lines etc. Thanx for asking tho...... Later, Bob
