I am thinking of upgrading my supercharger to a kennebell. Would anyone know what a Saleen Series II would sell for on the open market? Mine has 10k miles on it. Also i have the stock pulley and a 66mm. Complete with intercooler

I am thinking about "upgrading" to a series II, by the way.

i sold entire series II system, chicane pulley and RIPP kit for $2000 if i remeber correctly. that was about one year ago. i made the mistake of selling the stock HE and coolant tank though. i haven't had any problems but i've come to learn that most saleen guys keep the HE from saleen (dual fans) and the coolant tank for looks. i've got what KB sent me on mine...you can sell the series II with the KB HE and coolant tank together.

Robert, thanks for your reply and letting me know about the series II on ebay. I will follow it and see what they end up getting for it. I may just keep the series II since the resale may not be worth it for me. I hope to see you at some of the Saleen Events. I know your busy.

I read the information on the seller who is selling the Saleen Series II supercharger. He said he had it on a Mustang Gt. He traded the car in and kept the blower. The real surprise is that he claims he had 420 rwhp with a 8lb pulley. If i had that much power i wouldn't consider selling. I have never heard of a series II that could put up those numbers with just an exhaust change also :

Isn't the II just an Eaton?? If it is, it should only be worth about $450 (blower alone). Just because it says Saleen on it doesn't really mean much; can't polish a turd. However, with that being said, there is always the right buyer for everything. Good luck

well my buddy just had is 03 GT dynoed and he seen 225 at the rear wheels and that was stock. so i want to know how this guy got an extra 200 at the wheels with just a blower and exhaust

Ditto, even Joe, at Chicane told me 375 or so would be the best I could see with the Series II.

Mstng2 would 375hp be with Joe's improved intercooler? Or the
intercooler that comes with the blower? I had another shop tell
me last week that they could get 375 to the wheels with a different tune.
I thought my blower was maxed at 358rwhp. I havent seen a series II
yet at even 375RWHP not saying it can't be done though.

When I spoke to him he said that was a best case scenario with his pulley, fuel pump set up, intercooler, tune, basically all his good stuff.

I had several offers of 2k for mine.Seems to be the going rate.
