if you already have an auto in your 302 then all you need is the tranny. bolts right in.

in that case, you will need V8 Flexplate, All the other stuff from the V6 will work. Like Tranny, Convertor, Shifter, Shifter Cable. You will also need V8 Auto Computer. Now when you get the V6 Auto Tranny harness let me know and I can convert it for nada... you pay shippin thats all.

Danny

Edit: you will also need the TCSM module to control the OD light.. it can only be found in 94-95 Mustang GT's with the auto.

Thats what everyone told me about my Stock 95 V6 T5 also... Yeah granted if he goes with a h/c/i and a power adder it won't last long. My T5 granted not an Auto but still a V6 tranny mind ya last 2 years while making over 300RWHP and TORQUE and it still shifts like brand new and makes no noise... Thats with 5k clutch drops on ET Drags and ET Drag Radials.

There are less clutches in the v6 aode/4r70w tranny untill 98 or later. And the any auto before 98 is outdated. there are alot better parts out now then there was back then.

my point is does he really need it??? He doesn't look like the kind of person going to be hot rodding in it... If he was he would stick with his 5spd.. BTW you got a nice combo there.
