V8 computer

We have just completed a full motor swap on a 94' automatic mustang v6 to a v8 we used the computer that came with it which was for a manual trans. Now the trans wont shift due to the manual computer. Does anyone know the computer we need for the automatic V8. By the way the Computer Code is T4MO.

Don't quote me but I think the computer you're looking for is an A9P and I have no idea if it will work with a V6 Auto or what (if any) the differences were in trasmissions between the 6 and 8 cyl.

The computer for the auto is U4PO (3:27) or W4HO (2:73) for the different gears.

A9P is for the Fox family of cars. Our cars use the CBAZA strategy which consist of U4PO(auto), W4HO(auto), T4MO(manual), J4J1(cobra) and ZAO(95 Cobra R).

i have a t4mo with a built aod from the 80's still have the aode computer if you need it. I can get the exact code but i think its for the 2:73
