Allrighty, I was wondering if anyone knew of any online vacuum and/or intake routing diagrams? I finally have the Stang 5.0 (92) in my F-150 and 90% hooked up and such. Im just getting stuck on the vacuum and intake routing since they differ from my trucks old setup and I dont have access to a Mustang to get the routing off of. So.. if anyone has access to a diagram, or has any close up shots of a Stangs intake Id appreciate it.

My second question is in relation to the ECU and wiring I'm using. I'm just curious, How much, if any, power will I be losing by using my F-150's ECU over the Mustangs original setup? Its just curiosity really. Ive looked at the Stang harness and ECU I have but theres really no way in hell Im going to go through the wire splicing, cutting and modifying needed to make it work.. if it would at all.

Anyway, Thanks!

im not real sure what you are after, but S&2B's site has some nice schematics (many by Tom) and vac info, etc. here it is:
http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/engine/

also Autozone's site has some diagrams and schematics.

good luck.

Your Mustang motor is an HO? Was your F-150 a 351 or 400? If not, you CANNOT use the truck ECU. The firing order is different. The harness should be usable, but you should try and find a A9L Mustang ECU for std. shift or a DA1 for an automatic.

Sorry, scratch that DA1. It's a speed density ECU. What year is your truck?
