Vacuum canister for dash vents. Where is it?

i got the exploded view of the dash vent lines/setups from a link. i printed it and went and chased the lines on my car. the yellow vacuum line is not hooked up. i get vacuum through it on vent and the left side controls. makes sense cause the dash vents dont work.

i cannot find the canister for it. im thinking it may be gone. the drawing shows it to be on the left side of the car above the floor vents. does anyone have a good directional area i can look? like pull off something and its behind that?

ive looked all over behind the dash and above pedals and cant find it. any help is appreciated. once again, the yellow canister. there is a white line, blue, and red also. 3 total canisters i believe.

in the fender well? the map of the canisters is pretty accurate for the white vacuum line and the blue/red. the yellow is on the far left (drivers side). your positive it is all the way over there? my vacuum line is nowhere long enough to reach the passenger fender.

The vacuum motor is above and to the left of the radio. Look for a gold colored can.

thank you. thats the area i have been looking at the hardest. i think its gone.

i got the car with the blower boxes removed. must have gotten knocked off or broken.
