There was a BBK CAI installed on this engine when I got it, but don't remember what vacuum lines were connected to this part. I have a vacuum nipple circled on the CAI and the oil filler tube. I am guessing that a hose runs from the CAI to the filler tube? I really can't find any other things close that they would have hooked to. Or do they need to be hooked to anything at all? I am using no emissions, so do I still need them?

Ya, a tube does go there. It is for emissions, but you can't just take it off without deleting the PCV and putting breathers on both of the valve covers. It relieves the pressure from your valve covers.

Yea it's the breather hose that runs from the intake to the PCV valve. It ventialtes your crank housing from that hose, so it's best to have it there. No biggie, just go get some hose from Advanced Auto Parts, cut it the right size and slide it on.

My stock PCV valve and hoses are in the rear of the intake. I assume all are this way. It only had two tubes coming from it. One tube went to a vacuum nipple under the upper intake and the other slid onto a vacuum nipple on the drivers side of the upper intake.

So the one on the oil filler needs to be connected to the PCV valve?

Ok I made some use of my paint program here.
This is what my PCV valve and hoses look like.

Now, here is the vacuum nipple on the drivers side of the upper intake.
