VACUUM HOSE

There is a vacuum hoste that runs along the back top side of the engine compartment that ends up running into the fender area. What/where does it go? I need to replace it because it is ready to crumble!!

If it passes through a cannister lookin deal on the passenger side, it sounds like your EVAP discharge line. If so, do replace it since it vents gas fumes.

mine was rotted also, just replaced it before the dyno tune and it ran better, guess it had a leak there.

How do you get to the canister in the fender?

Take the inner fender liner out. The charcoal cannister is right under the antenna. Replace that whole run (CC to the purge solenoid, then the solenod to the back of the intake). The other lines in there might be rotten too.
