vacuum line question

i am having trouble with my egr valve so i traced the green and red vacuum line in that loom back to like a 3 way connector. in that connector there was a green egr tube, a red intake maninfold (i think?) tube, and then there was this pink one, my pink one appears to be broken since there is nothing attached to it, where is this line supposed to go. btw the car is a 1995 gts. also what should the vacuum reading on the green line be? would the pink one not being hooked up to anything cause a problem?
thank you

Does your car have the emissions label on it still as I'm not familiar with the 94-95 style...

The label would be on the plastic panel over the radiator most likely, or on the underside of the hood (can't remember). I think the pink vacuum may go to the FPR, check your connections and make sure that you have a vacuum line on the EGR, FPR, and attached to the vacuum tree on the elbow, then make sure your thermactor vacuum tubes are connected to the two solenoids on the rubber hose leading from the smog pump. Happy Hunting!
