Vacuum lines after smog and egr removal

I have removed my smog pump and my EGR. I am converting to a fox setup and I think I pretty much have my vacuum line routing figure out.

Do I need to hook up the red and green vacuum lines that run into the fenderwell? I think the red one connected to the EGR valve and the green one was to the little port on the intake elbow of the original intake. It seems they would serve no purpose now.

Correct... they serve no purpose anymore...plugs the ends securly and stuff them in to fender and your good...
