Alrite trying to clear the excess lines out what lines do i need and what do i not need?

All the vac lines have a purpose or they would not be there.

Do you have emissions equipment on the car?

A little info is helpful.

No smog pump egr valve will be blocked off do to valve covers....

With such little info given (we don't even know the year of car or engine), this is tough.

Assuming you will not need the EGR again (and are able to turn it off with a tune or setting a hard code) nor the A.I.R. system, you should be able to remove and plug the feeds for the TAB, TAD and EVR.

94 5.0 tfs intake 30lb injectors what more do you need this is just a basic question on what lines i can block off with out getting any lights...Ask me what you need and i will tell honestly at this point i just want to get ride of everything to clean up the engine bay...

No smog and EGR then all you need to feed is the purge soleniod on the firewall and your fuel pressure regulator...the rest of the vac lines are the PVC and a big hose that feeds the vac tee on the drivers inner fender..

The EGR feed in this pic can feed your FPR..This is a GT40/93 Cobra vac tree...depends on the type of upper you run...

should i leave the egr valve plug in or can i remove it completely reason im asking is i put on bigger valve covers and my egr valve wont clear them with a 1 inch spacer..

I think this thread was originally in 5.0 Tech, where we obviously have carbed, SD, MAF, etc cars. You really need specifics over there.

So from the upper intake if you don't have a PCV or EGR could you just run a line to the fuel pressure regulator and I assume one to the vaccum tree? What about the power brakes? Does it need anything? Guy at Trickflow said yes..

the brakes are controled from the tree but if i disconect the egr valve wont it throw a light?

yea you will have to have the egr turned off with a tune.

You feed this from your upper...this Tee is what feeds the booster..


Unplug the EGR plug .... undo the 3 screws to remove the below from the EGR.... youll see a plunger.... secure this 1/2 way somehow, plug it back the the connector and stash it...your light will stay off... If you have a chip done then have them kill it for good... Mines homied like so... anything to hold that plunger 1/2/ way...

Alrite i got everything hooked up like i was told but i forgot to hold the egr valve half way open. How ever i can not get the car to start im getting fuel and spark i have over 90 psi in each cylinder so i have compression but it sill will not start is it possible i have a leak that would cause it not to start? if so is there a way i can test the vacuum lines?

You have fuel pressure or you have injector pulsing? You need both.

Vacuum loss would cause it to run like ass... but it would run. recheck to see if somethings disconnected if it was running before...

What he said on the injector pulsing... Usually fuel and spark and no start would make me think TFI ???

Use a noid light. Injectors receive constant accessory 12 volts. The ground to them is modulated via the EEC drivers. A noid is biased across an injector connector. Crank the engine and look for the noid to flash. No flash means we need to find an issue.
