Vacuum question

I just finished my intake & rocker install. I had a few issues with getting a base tune set up for the new 42 lb injectors & thought I would also hook up my vacuum gage just to see what it had. I have a 308 with the F303 cam & 1.72 roller rockers. With the new rockers the cam now has 2* over lap at 0.05lift. Would it be normal for the eng to idle at 13"HG or is that a little low? I havent tried to search for vacuum leaks as I didnt have any starter fluid at the house to spray around. I will probably pick up a can this weekend just to check it out anyway but, I was wondering if you guys have seen this before & it is normal? it has enough vac to pull the BOV open when I reved it so if its normal I wont be to concerned with the low vac. Thanks in advance.

I just repaired a major vaccume leak I had and my motor. Now @ idle w/ E303 cam it pulles around 13 HG's of vaccume also. I thought that seemed a bit low and I asked a mechanic who has built a few High performance motors and he told me that would be about normal for that cam.

Maybe others pull more HG's with about the same set up, I don't know.

I have the e303 cam with 12 hg of vacuum at idle, you have the f303 cam which has more lift and duration and you have more vacuum than i do, you have good vacuum for that cam.
