Valve cover differences

I believe the 94-95 covers were a bit shorter to clear the elbow in the intake manifold. The placement of the oil fill tube is a little different too if I recall. Im running fox covers on mine and had to move (bend) the fill tube a bit to clear. I have a .5" spacer (I think, it may be taller) and a cobra intake and it clears. You deffinatly need a spacer though!

the filler tube on the 93 and older sit right under the throttle body....it will be ok if you have an after market intake or you can cut the filler tube and use a radiator hose to move the upper filler tube(the one you just cut) between the throttle body and alternator....
Besides the filler neck location being in a different location ............
You will have a bit more room under the Fox VC's.
The lip around the Fox VC's are thicker requiring you to find
longer bolts.

If your talking about the same ones I think you are, your going to need a spacer.. I needed about .75" to make it fit, but wound up selling them and using stock fox covers.

When i installed a set of stock Fox covers on my car, I had to grind away some material right behind the alternator. The lower alternator housing bolt interferes with the valve cover. No big deal really. And the EGR valve as well as the mounting flange on the intake had to be grinded down slightly to clear the cover.
I love the look of polished Fox covers as well as extra rocker arm clearance.
