valve cover for gt40 heads...

would valve covers from a 1992 5.0 fit on a 1995 cobra

i know the gt40 heads would fit on my block but wasn't sure of the valve covers...i actually have ford racing valve covers but they fit my 1992 stock heads...

They valve covers will bolt right up.

The stock valve covers will work, you may have to cut out the baffles though, if the rockers do not fit under them.

I forgot about the grinding.

I had to do some grinding to my valve covers to get my roller rockers to clear. And had to grind down the baffle on the pass side and fab up a new one when I put my P heads and 1.6 RRs on. Some guys have had luck with stacking two valve cover gaskets and that gets them enough room so they don't have to grind
