No not with the stock intake if you are converting to a cobra intake then pick up the one inch phenolic spacer and you should be good

Those aren't stock 94/95 Cobra valve covers just to let you know. If you really want to convert your car to a 94/95 Cobra check the classifieds on the corral and you can usually find a set there.

Good luck

i should have been clear as to why they dont fit. its not the bolt pattern its the space under the intake if u get a spacer for the intake to raise it about an 3/4 to an inch i do believe they will work i only know of the 1 inch phenolic spacer for the GT40 and cobra style intakes. also note hood clearance will become an issue.

im no guru on the spacers actual performance gains or losses but everything i read and understood is that u gain lowend and lose some topend ( torque, not sure on HP ) with the spacer but as i mentioned earlier the biggest problem will be hood clearance. also the TB will be raised with the intake. oh and if u have the stock tower brace i do believe this will have clearance issues as well.( but it has issues with the cobra intake as well ) there is more issues than people like to deal with just for chrome covers. every now and again you may catch someone who just gets their stock covers chromed.

well, I just like the look of the black w/ the shiny top bars... it's more for my appriciation than anything else really... I guess I will pass on them though, I like my strut tower brace where it is... very few 95's have them... very few have my combo of stuff too

If you end up buying them and running a 1 inch spacer you will most likely run into some hood clearance problems, just something to consider. BTW- A spacer moves the powerband down, so your powernabd would shift down a little with the 1 incher on there.
