Ok, I finally made my car 5 lug, (Lincoln rotors, superior fox length axles,5 lug drums) and the 95 GT Waffle style 16x7 Rims. I have some questions though:

1) To convert the rear to disk, If I get Calipers (94+ GT/V6 non Cobra), Soft brake line, Pads, Rotors (94+ GT/V6 non Cobra), North Race Cars Adapter bracket, and New E-brake cables, is that all I need? I know there is some modification to the hard line, but is there ANY way to avoid flaring lines? (I have seen some guys bend and loop the hardline into an S shape, obviously with the correct tubing bender not their hands.) If I converted the rear to Disks, would I need a new MC or Brake Booster?

2) For the front: I know this part has been beaten to death so I won't mention the parts (spindle, rotor, .330 spacer etc...), but I still have a lingering question. If I were to get braided front brake lines, I can get them for the fox body correct? I would just have to use the SN-95 Banjo bolt and the SN-95 caliper, or am I mistaken?

3) I have to avoid Cobra, or bigger rotors because of my rim size (16x7), but I have a caliper question. Can I use the 2 piston Mach 1, Cobra, or Bullitt calipers on the earlier spindles? Yes, correct? I would just have to modify the spindle, right? Now, can I use these same calipers on the standard GT or V6 rotors, (I.E. NOT stepping up to 13 inch rotors)?

I have seen some people use a piece that "steps-up" so that you dont have to cut and flare the lines. It is like the piece that you have going into the drum but it goes into that fitting and is bigger on the other end for the caliper line. You are going to have to change the master cylinder, and you will need to get an adjustable brake porportioning valve Ford Racing Part Number M-2328-C and the porportioning valve plug for your stock valve Ford Racing part number M-2450-A.
There are a few threads on this that have links to some very helpful sites.

I found this one helpful, but there are plenty more.

For question #3.

Not sure what you mean by earlier spindles, you should only be using 94/95., the v6 and v8's are the same, you can goto discbrakesrus.com and get the correct braided lines.
I think, if you use spacers you can get the 16x7's over the cobras. I would not want to do the calipers twice.
You may want to just use the good spacers from MM, not the cheap slide overs.
I know for a fact, that my 16 inch rims i have in the garage fit over the brakes, but the spokes hit the caliper, but not by much.

The spacer, or stack of washers, is needed because fox ball joint studs are much longer than sn95 studs, so when you try to put the nut on, there is a 1/3 of an inch left over with no threads, so the nut can't go down any further.
One of those things that is hard to picture, but when you get to it, you will know. So just have the washers handy.

If you use the stock fox balljoint and a 94/95 spindle then you will need a .330 spacer in order to bring the spindle up which then allows you to torque the nut down. Without this spacer, you will run out of threads and the spindle would still be able to move on the balljoint.

If you are getting aftermarket control arms, just get them with sn95 ball joints then and avoid it all.

And damn right i'm quick, lol. The front brake swap sounds like a PITA, but it's not, it's actually pretty easy.

Would of taken me 1/2-1hr a side, except one of my hard lines was rusted to the fitting, and when i cranked on it, it twisted the whole line and broke it. Luckity there is spaces to move the bracket towards the back of the car.

Couple suggestings, have a nice set of vice grips and the correct size brake fitting wrenches, i got a set for like 20 bucks.

I say use the vice grips, because regardless of what wrench i used, i've succesfully stripped about 10 brake fitting over my lifetime, crack them loose with the vice grips, and then use the fitting wrenches.

Ya, at discbrakesrus.com, you can buy braided lines that have a fox fitting on one side, and pbr caliper fitting on the other.

Wow, that got hijacked in a hurry lol. Anywho, when I said "earlier spindles" i mean the 94-95 GT/V6 spindles.

For question 1, what master cylinder/brake booster would you suggest, if I only did the rear like I want?

For question 3, what do you mean by spacers? like wheel spacers? I just want to know if I can run standard GT/V6 brakes, with, say, the 99+ GT dual piston calipers, or Mach 1s, or Bullitts, or Cobras etc... For EX: If I want to run Bullitt calipers, do I HAVE to run 13" rotors up front?

Thanks alot guys for the help.

Mach 1, Bullitt, and Cobra are all the same size, I dont think 16" wheels will clear them.

v6 and v8 94/95 spindles are the same, it's the rotor and caliper that is different.

When you say " I just want to know if I can run standard GT/V6 brakes, with, say, the 99+ GT dual piston calipers, or Mach 1s, or Bullitts, or Cobras etc... "

That's a contidicting statement, you must of meant spindles in place of brakes.

The bracket that comes on the pbr calipers is what dictates rotor size, it's not the caliper itself, but to answer your question, yes if you use any of the good calipers you must use 13 inch discs.

I suggest the spacers for the wheels, the ones that go behind the rim, i doubt that it's the rotor size that keeps you from using the rims, it may be the rim dept, may not apply to rims meant for a 94 and up. What i suggest you do is mach up the setup, off the car, and try the rim on, if you need a spacer temporarily do so, but with newer wheels you may be ok.

You don't need to change the booster, use a 94/95 MC or one from a 93 cobra.

My 1990 16 inch saleen 5 spokes, clear the rotor, but hit the caliper (i mean press up against it, back to foward, height wise they are fine), with a 1/4 spacer they clear everything. It's a whole lot of brake in a small rim, kinda gives off a cool look.

So if I dont use the 13" rotor, i can only use the calipers that are on the 94/95 GT/V6 spindles?

No you can use the 99-04 regular aluminum PBR Calipers. You will have to clearance your 94/95 Spindles though.

Yup, but when you see what the selling price is on those 99-04 calipers used, and then you need pads, you'll realize that the $169 for the set of cobra style pbr's with no lettering, (they are just blank, but are the same caliper) is very fair, considering they come loaded with ford pads.

A set like this, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1999-2002-Mustang-COBRA-BULLITT-Front-Brake-Calipers_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33563QQitemZ8019020401QQrdZ1

Downs ford sells these for $169 all the time. I know because i live by Downsford.com, and they put them on ebay for this price all the time. The set in the link may not come in a ford box, but the Downs ford set does.

The price is great, but I think the Original question dealt with 16" Wheels fitting, I dont think the wheels will clear, Cobra, Bullitt, Mach 1 Calipers.
