Venom Nitrous

WARNING
This post has been edited and is now Flame friendly!

I am thinking about buying a Venom VCN-2000 Nitrous kit with purge kit,
and i was wondering how much of a shot could i run safely, supposedly venom is the safest Nitrous system you can buy. plus i would get a good deal on it $450.00 , its a $1300 Nitrous kit.

And ill set my purge up to shoot a nice X or something lol

Oh my current mods are; 91 lx 5.0 HO hatchback, hooker shorties, offroad h pipe, 40 series flows, 24lb injectors, accel ignition, B-cam, roller rockers. 4:10 gears, Cold air induction, All suspension upgrades.

Thanks for the info !

NOS is a copyright name of a brand of NITROUS SYSTEMS!!!!!

nos is not nitrous or affiliated with nitrous' slang terms.

Yet again, its nitrous. Also, i would think that most people here would agree that any nitrous kit is safe if used correctly. But i would put my money on ZEX as being the safest nitrous kit around. I wouldnt go above a 150 shot if i were you. Thats when pining could get nastey.

Very good. How often are you gonna spray that much into your motor?

Well i doubt i would spray that often, and 150 was tops for me i was thinking about shooting 100 most of the time thats whats great about the venom kit is its computer controlled so you can set up multiple programs

no flames intended. just correcting what you're saying.

alright well you should be okay with the 100. just remember....if you treat your car like crap by spraying the hell out of it everytime you see a ricer, the car will gladly repay you. good luck

And its cool charles, no no after market head or intake, did have a rpm performer on it but it got taken off later on down the road. Thats my next goal probally gonna get a set of thumper heads and a trick flow intake

if i remember correctly venom, much like zex, makes computer controlled systems which are supposed to measure fuel line pressure and cut off nitrous flow if fuel pressure drops (something like that ). so with your basically stock motor and those 24lb injectors you should be able to run the 150 shot pretty safely. that's assuming you trust the system to protect itself and more importantly your motor. i'd consider a dyno tune a bare minimum.
