Vert owners: Rear defrost problem

I have an 03 convertible and I have a problem with the rear defrost. The electric lead that connects to the window glass keeps coming off. I've had it fixed before but it invaribly comes off again. I'd like to fix this once and for all. What's the best way to re-attach the lead? Does it have to be soldered or can I use the adhesive with metal in it?

The connectors clip on pretty solid, make sure there is enough slack in the wire for it to lay down and not get snagged when the top goes up/down..

I've never had this problem. Worst comes to worst replace the whole rear window. $500.

Take a good close look at the connector and figure it out.
