You really need the instructions and the hardware to do this install. The instructions show you where you need to drill and the hardware is needed to keep the bar in place.
Good overall instructions, but I think the OP will still have problems when those instructions refer to things like "Using the template provided, ...".

No instuctions or hardware? Where did you buy it? Your better off taking it to a shop and have someone with experience do it. Thats what I did. They will charge you 3-4 hours labor. Don't start cutting up your interior if you have any doubts about whether you can do the job.
