Very loud IAC

I cleaned this up before I stored it away while i was building the motor. As i was tuning yesterday, it was making a loud ticking/knocking noise. It gets a little quieter as it warms up. Is it on it's last leg?

I'll clean it again and see what happens..

Cleaned it, still very loud, especially on start up until it warms up a bit. My idle is hunting as well. I am still going thru the checklist though.

I think with over 100K on that IAC, I might as well get a new one.

Check the spring tension on the throttle body too. Seems I remember a similar instance where the operation of the IAC was actually causing the TB to flutter due to a weak spring.
