vibrating side mirror

my 1998 gt does the same **** its so annoying... iv pushed it in, tried repositioning it, same ****.... ill be watching this thread for peoples solutions, sorry dont have any of my own....

I have never tried it but it could be possible to tighten it from inside the car by removing either the mach trim piece and maybe a screw or bolt in there? I am not sure as I have never tried this but it seems like there could be something back there to fix it. Mine does this as well but not too bad yet. Like I said I do not know if there is a way actually but if there is I would say the answer lies behind the Tweeter piece.

What I did was remove the mirror assembly, examine the mount setup for the mirror closely, and then I dripped some drops of gorilla glue in just the right spot to secure the mirror.

So did the mirror come loose from whatever it is mounted to? I wasn't sure if that is what happens or if something actually breaks in there. I havent actually taken the assembly off to look at the inner workings yet. I never think about it until I'm driving and the mirror starts dancing to my music.
