Well I got everything rotated and apparently when I put it back in I did not pay attention to the marks I put on it or I didn't do a good enough job. So I rotated and since I had the car all the off the ground I went ahead and took it for a spin in the garage up to 80 MPH to see if any vibrations. Everything seemed smooth as any 25 year old car should through all gears. I also slowly increased speed to see if I could sense anything and I did not. Compared to how violent it was on the expressway I would have to think it would have been really bad in the garage if this wasn't resolved for the most part. However, I did not do a run before I rotated (brainfart) for comparison. I got everything put back together with red thread locker and will take it for a spin once I get a few other things wrapped up on it. If this doesn't resolve it then I will move to the next step of replacement/balancing. Thanks for the patience and help!
