Okay i'm pretty confused, whenever I got over 120km\h i get mad vibration coming from under the car. Some people tell me it's the driveshaft who was probly not balanced after the 3.73 gear install and someone told me now it's beacause the pignon flange bolt was not fixed right and my gear is completely ****ed i have to install it all over again... who's saying the right thing ?

I dont think the gears would cause a vibration, just a noise. I have heard that some people, get a vibration if they dont put the DS back the same way it was.

Look at your driveshaft and pinion flange, they should be marked with yellow paint. If the marks aren't lined up then line them up and see if this helps with the vibration. My driveshaft and pinion flange were marked with the yellow paint from the factory.

OK Tom

I give up ... how fast are you really going at 120 K's

Hey ... I may not know about that :(
but
I do know about this :)

Many peeps have said they had vibes after installing steep gears :bang:

I've seen some say the fix was .........

Clocking the yoke differently
Up grading to an Aluminum ds
Having the oem ds balanced

I got 4 pages of results in a search of 94-95 tech
keyword vibration
search titles only

On just the first page alone, I saw several threads that looked promising

Good Luck Tom :D

I had both problems with the gear install and with the D/S after my gear install.

If it happened immediate then most likely D/S related... If it took a coule miles (hundresds maybe) to show up then you may have wiped the pinion bearings.
