I just got my car inspected and it needed emissions, meaning they had to put it on the dyno. Since then I’ve noticed that at or around 3000 RPM I feel a vibration. This wasn’t there before the inspection. Did the tech f**k up my car? Any ideas?

Car moving or not?
If it's moving, does it happen in gear and out of gear coasting?
Things that usually cause vibration:
Tire balancing
Bad alignment
Bad U joints
Unbalanced driveshaft
balancer (usually pretty violent when a balancer goes)
worn out flywheel
Use common sense when trying to figure it out.
For example, you know it can't be the driveshaft if the car is not moving.
No vibration when the car is moving with the clutch in. I did notice a slight vibration when reving the engine to 3k. But it is most noticable when the clutch is engadge and I am accelerating. The car idles fine. I pulled the sparke plugs and they look good (no oil or anti-freeze). I wonder if it is the clucth or pressure plate? However there is no slipping of the clutch when I accelerate. Again the car was fine until the tech ran it on the Dyno.
