Drivetrain Vibrations off 1st and reverse

Car vibrates off of 1st and reverse.
Changed out the transmission thinking it was it but no change any help is appreciated

I think it's important to list some details about your car.
Such as year and trans.
If it's a 5 speed how old is the clutch.

Engine mounts, transmission mount, harmonic balancer, bad u joint, could be a million things. Need more info to really narrow it down

Sorry about that was at work.
It’s a 89 mustang t5
Clutch is about 2-3 years old
Switched out the transmission mount this weekend thinking that was it

You'll have to better describe the 'vibration', first and reverse is an unusual place for things to 'vibrate' , could be engine mounts moving enough to allow the engine/trans and/or exhaust to contact the body someplace.

engine miss is most noticeable in 1st and reverse.....

When letting off of first it shivers that’s the best way I can’t describe it
It also does it in reverse
Pretty much when you’re completely stopped and go into gear

Does the car do it with your foot completely off the clutch (so it's fully engaged)?
If not, it's most likely the clutch and flywheel.
