I have alittle problem.....
On Monday, I went to launch from school and I was driving back home to go eat, bt anyways, I was in 5th gear going about 60 at 2k rpm, then I shifted to 4th gear to get ahead of the car in front of me, then when I shifted back to 5th gear I had a vibration when I gas it gets worse not a big vibration but you can feel it..... dunno what could the problem be??

So now when (gear, speed, etc) do you now feel the vibes? Is it only in 5th gear, or will it do it in 4th at the same speed?

My car is all stock, stock gears..... It does it in 4th gear to but only when it is like 2500-3000rpm, and in 5th at like 2000rpm at 60mph... and wheni try to floor it, it seems as it is struggling feels different..... Any Ideas

A lack of gearing might be showing you a miss of sorts (which is otherwise not felt when there is more torque multiplication in other gears).

I would dump the codes and consider doing a cylinder balance test as part of the procedure.
