VIN Check

Hey I am looking at picking up another stang. This one has a repaired title. the only reason I would ever get this is for a project car and that's what I am thinking. Little brother is going to a new college next year out of state so I figured we could build a car for him in the mean time, you know spend that quality time before I only see him on some holidays. They are only asking $2k for it, figured I could get it for $1.6k since mom thinks it's a great idea so she is gonna buy it.
