I would look online for pre-cut kits, and do it yourself, or have a shop do it with the kit. I wouldn't have a shop cut the vinyl, it will rack up your price. Trust me I know, I used to do some side vinyl work a few years back. They'll consider it custom and charge you for design, measuring, cutting, etc.
