YouTube- Mustang GT Vortech Dyno Pull

YouTube- Mustang GT Vortech Dyno Pull

Mustang made 373rwhp, and 362rwtq, 11psi at 6000rpm. Im very very happy with the results. It gained 35rwhp, and 46rwtq and 5psi.

The IAC cause the idle issues, it needed to be swapped to AFTER the MAF. Never even thought of that. Made out really good.

Fuel Pump hit 100% duty cycle at 5500rpm But its at 29psi til 6300 rpm. So he told me 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear is fine to go WOT, but probally not 4th because its a longer pull. So Ill need a BAP soon. Also he hooked my Tuner up with a 2-Step Launch control...SICK

All in all, Im VERY VERY happy I went to him. Hes a REALLY cool guy. Pete at Performance Dyno in Concord NH.

Hmm... Those numbers seem a little low for 11psi. I feel like you can get a lot more out of it. Still, I'm sure she pulls like a mother.

That does seem low to. Are you intercooled and what other bolt ons do you have. Other setups at around ten pound are at least 400rwhp.

29PSI of fuel is not ok to go wide open over the point where it starts to fall off. Yes they are shorter pulls than 4th gear, but you're going to lean it out none the less.

Wait until you get a better pump (ideal) or BAP and the problem is fixed to make a hard pull past 5500RPM.

It'll still be a blast to drive though even if you are shifting at 5500 to be safe. Sounds mean as well, that 2-step is awesome.

I also think there is more on the table than what you're making. You're making 373 at 6k, I think once you get the fuel issue corrected you'll see an increase from 5500 on up, especially if he can change the tune to be a little more aggressive.

Looks like you are running a front mount kit. What gear was those pulls made in, seemed really short, was it 3rd gear? Just seems for the power and the quickness of the pulls it was way shorter then my car, unless you have like 4.10's maybe? Good numbers. Yeah, I woduldnt push it either much above 5500. I remember first time I got mine dynoed it made 360 but was maxed above 5800, upgraded injectors and we got enough fuel to get us to 6k but I need a BAP bad.
