Vortech s-charger on a cobra

Is it okay to drive my cobra 150 miles to get it tuned. after i installed the charger i would only have a diablo programmer on it--not tuned for a supercharger. also no vortech chip.. is that safe??

If it were me... I'd trailer it. Better safe than sorry... 99 times out of 100 I would think it was safe to drive as long as you drove it like there was an eggshell under the accelerator....

vortech says just don't hit boost and don't take it above 4k rpms and you can drive it without a tune. I would be careful, if you have access to a truck and trailer it would be good but you should be alright if you like he said, drive with an eggshell under the fun pedal!
