Vortech S-trim Accessory Belt Length

I'm having trouble figuring out the correct length accessory belt after installing my S trim, what length do I need?

Take the old belt and cut it and measure . Tape it the right length and bring it to the parts store . That's what I had to do with mine .

Easiest thing is to call Vortech, tell them the pulley sizes and ask them what belt length but Gates 54 1/2 inch is the "stock" size.

Get a string and wrap it around your pulley's, cut it to length and measure, subtract a couple inches for tensioner and you have a pretty good ball park to work with. Buy a couple different lengths and return the ones that don't fit the best. I just did this myself.

Thanks for the help, with the advice I now have the correct belt length! Next problem I have is clearance between the crank pulley and electric fan.

Looks good! I think Ill have to hit up some salvage yards and see what I can find. Are you able to retain the factory coolant reservoir?

No I run one of these . eBay has them cheap fits perfect .
