Wanted middle to low 12's

What do I need to do to my setup? I thought it would be faster. I don't want to go the power adder route this time. I have been messing with the tune, but the best I have run is 12.9. I guess I will have to start taking weight out, but that will not get me enough time off either. Any ideas would be helpful.

With no tune and no stall converter ..you are flying already.

I am running a PI converter with a 2400 stall. I use a aem emu for tuning. I ran the first set of 12.9's on slicks with my tune and the second set on mickey thompson drag radials with a tune from a professional tuner. My 60's are just 1.90. I could not tell a difference between the tires, except not having to change them at the track.

i would think theres a lot left in it, maybe a better tune?

theres a 9.99 sec fox here with a 331 and some nitrous

That 2400 may not be enough...I have a 2300 in now and I can't get a good 60 but the 3500 Edge is in the garage waiting for installation.....I'm running 3:73's so I don't know about the stall and the 4:10's......there are some more knowledgeable guys with AODE's that will chime in....

I thought about the stall, but I have to drive the car on the street and did not want to be slipping all the time. I may have to go that way because I really wanted to stay N/A. I am going to look at my fuel and timing this weekend, but just don't see a 1/2 second to pickup.

Go with more stall.

High stall isnt very bad on the street, I was running a 3800 stall in the LS1.
