WAP aluminum block TQ specs..?

Looking for the TQ sequence/specs for the WAP aluminum block.. I have the specs, I believe..

60ft lbs for ARP studs (both sets)
30ft lbs/90 degrees for side bolts

I'm assuming that the side bolts need to be TQ'd down first, to align the caps..? I just don't want to guess..

At the least.. can you guys point me to a service manual that I can download?
