Really sorry to hear that that was you on the front page of the Star, I can kind of remember that and all the controversy it sparked Thank god you and your girlfriend were okay.

Lemme know if there's anything I can help you with, I've been through my own share of tickets/accidents in the past 2 years although none as bad as that (though my gf was in the car same as you).

Good luck with court. You're lucky that most Toronto area courts are extremely good and if the prosecutor has any sense, those witnesses will most likely never see the stand and if they do, even a half-assed lawyer will be able to tear them up.

beefy, that the problem, cuz now they try to put everything on me as well as the racers cuz i had a "fast muscle car" and are trying to make an example of us by giving us the worse possible charges. so its gettin pretty messed up.
