wat does the neg. battery cable connect to?

from the battery does the neg. cable connect to the starter? and the lil extra wire on the cable by the terminal.. wat goes in there??

correct me if im wrong... starter relay to the starter.. starter to the battery right?!

negative cable goes to block, and the little one is the frame ground. starter is grounded out when bolted to the bellhousing.

I believe the small wire coming off the negative battery cable connects to the fender at the same location as he main ECU ground...behind the battery and near the starter solenoid. The main negative connects to the block as jerryD already mentioned...

As far as i know, yes it can. A lot of people sometimes connect it to the front of the head too. A ground is a ground...
