I went to get Gas today and seen water sitting in there (where the fuel goes when you overfill) I washed it yesterday and that would be where the water came from. Shouldn't there be a drain there.

Good on the gas mileage.
Yes there is a drain on the lower side, underneath the gas cap. Poke around with a wire hanger or other small thin tool. Dirt probably filled in the hole, so you can't see it.

cool thanks I thought there was. Might have got cloged up because I got it oil sprayed last fall and it cloged it or made dirt and dust find it's way around the drain tube. I'll try and poke something in there or blow air through it and do the sunroof drains well I'm at it.

I took a piece of mig welder wire and poked around and it drained itself. The drain is at the back corrner in the gas cap compartment if anyone needs to do the same.
