Thanks guys!!!
I hand polished it first about 3x, all by hand with Mothers aluminum mag polish, Just to get some shinyness into it after stripping and sanding, then hit it with white rouge about 6x.
The biggest PITA were the lower tubes on the inside, because you cannot get your ifngers in there. I had to use a brillow pad to scuff it up, then polish with a screw driver and then ran out and got a 6 inch (ryobi) sewn buff and white rouged the visible parts of the inside tubes about 6X on powerdrill @ 3000rpms. finally bling on the inside. The hardest part is finding out what works. Whatever your not sure about-Just use a brillo pad, some soap and water @ least you scuff it up and gives it the white aluminum stained look, try and get soem type of polish on it-It shines up-real quick.
