Weird Brake Pedal Pulse

Before it's mentioned, I know what ABS feels like when it kicks in, this is not it.

This situation occurs when I am at a stop with my foot on the brake pedal, I can slightly feel it through the clutch pedal too. It may happen all the time but that is the only time I have my foot on the brake pedal for any length of time. About once a minute the pedal pulses and not a rapid pulse, just one pulse. It reminds me of when the ABS kicks in except that it only gives one pulse. Is this normal at all? I would think not but I'm almost thinking I need to take the car into the dealer and have them look at the braking system, more specifically the abs pump. It just seems weird because I've never experienced anything like it.

I some times get this when coming to a stop. Very subtle slow stops too. On dry pavement and no way able to trip the ABS.

I have deduced this is related to line pressure drop off. Which happens because the ABS system...in order to function properly and thus not cause the issue you or I and others are having...has to be stable.

Well thanks to the leaky brake fluid filler cap it's not. The reason the cap leaks is pressure is escaping from air sucked in to the system through the leaky cap. It then spits out the air gap, causes the cap to leak and makes the brake pedal do that subtle semi-pulse action briefly.

FIX YOUR FU----- SH-- FORD! (FYFS)

Note...the leaky cap is still not a TSB item. And although you can stop the fluid from spilling out by removing some of it, this does not stop air getting in to the system. And of course does not fix the subtle semi-pulse pedal issue.

Well, I'm glad to know I'm not crazy or alone but this problem doesn't really give me warm fuzzies either.
