went out to lunch with the girlfriend today before she had to go to work and while i was driving home i was slowing down(very slightly) to make the right onto my road and my Check Engine light flipped on...stayed on for like 5 seconds(if even that long) and then went off....didnt come back on for the next couple mins it took to get home.....just wondering if the could mean anything specific???

I would say that a sensor in the throttle body is on it's way out, but you have a semi new TB so I wouldn't think it was that. Can you pull codes and see what you get? I would say either the TB or the o2's. No big deal. The car will still drive perfectly fine.

You need to get a scanner, run the codes, and see what it says.

If you have a rich or lean condition, it may pop on and off intermittently..

Mine did that when it was in 'limp' mode.

Check your codes ASAP!
